American Legion Breakfast
More than 200 guests were served at the Lost Nation Legion Post's February breakfast on Sunday, February
9. The all you care to eat meal included eggs pancakes, French toast, sausage, hash browns, biscuits, coffee and orange juice.
Post #381 would like to thank the Jim Lee Insurance Agency for buying the breakfast supplies. The next breakfast will be served

Breakfast Held at Legion
More than 190 guests came to the Legion breakfast held Sunday, March 9 at the Legion
Hall. The menu included eggs, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, sausage, gravy and biscuits and drinks. Over 80 omelets were
prepared during the breakfast. The next breakfast is Sunday, April 13
There are 96 flags on display in the cemetery this year. It is very impressive.

#381 sponsored Levi for the week long learning experience about the democratic form of government.
The Lost Nation Legion Auxiliary Post #381 sponsored Paige Sanders, Monmouth, as their Girls' State representative. Girls' State
is a week long learn by doing program, which takes the girls through the entire political process. Girls' State was held in
June on the Iowa State University campus.
